Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day.
During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS. The carrier is selected based on package size, weight, and destination to ensure the most efficient delivery.
- Standard Shipping: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground
- Expedited Shipping: UPS 2-Day or USPS Priority Mail Express
- Express Shipping: UPS Next Day Air or USPS Express Mail
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using:
- The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Your account dashboard under "Order History"
- The carrier's website directly (USPS.com or UPS.com)
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Delivery Times:
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- United Kingdom: 10-18 business days
- Australia: 14-21 business days
- Europe: 10-18 business days
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in shipping costs.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard delivery times. Express shipping is not available for P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to ship to the following locations:
- Freight forwarders or package consolidators
- Countries under U.S. trade sanctions
Delivery Issues
Wrong Address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or family members. If still missing, contact us within 7 days at support@ambertallow.com.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November-December), carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. Specific holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website and communicated via email.
